INPACT is an international alliance of independent accounting firms affiliated to meet the challenges of a global marketplace with members throughout the word. It does not offer professional services in its own name. Each independent member of INPACT is a separate firm. These firms are not members of one international partnership/entity, or otherwise legal partners with each other, nor is any one firm responsible for the services or activities of another firm.
Each firm is organised under the laws of the territory in which it practices and is locally owned and managed. In most parts of the word, the practice of accounting and auditing is governed by local laws and regulations which determine professional standards, qualifications and relationships between audit professionals and reporting entities and is also influenced by local business practices and cultural attitudes.

INPACT ist eine internationale Vereinigung unabhängiger Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften, die darauf abzielt, den Anforderungen des globalen Marktes gerecht zu werden. Unter dem Namen selbst werden keine fachlichen Dienstleistungen angeboten. Jedes unabhängige INPACT-Mitglied ist ein eigenständiges Unternehmen. Diese Firmen sind keine Mitglieder einer einzigen internationalen Organisation oder anderweitig Partner miteinander. Keine Firma ist verantwortlich für die Dienstleistungen oder Tätigkeiten der anderen Firmen.
Jede Firma ist nach den Gesetzen ihres jeweiligen Gebietes organisiert und wird danach geleitet und verwaltet. In den meisten Ländern werden Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung von nationalem Recht und Richtlinien bestimmt. Diese legen die fachlichen Standards, Qualifikationen und Beziehungen zwischen den Prüfungsfachkräften und den Berichtsinstanzen fest. Zudem werden die Unternehmen auch durch nationale Geschäftspraktiken und kulturelle Gegebenheiten beinflusst. |
